The organization shall determine reporting requirements and their purpose. 组织应确定报告要求和及其目的。 Reports on the performance and effectiveness of the SMS and the services shall be produced using information from the SMS activities and delivery of the services. Service reporting shall include trends. 应使用服务管理体系（SMS）活动和服务交付的信息创建服务管理体系（SMS）和服务的绩效和有效性报告。服务报告应包括趋势。 The organization shall make decisions and take actions based on the findings in service reports. The agreed actions shall be communicated to interested parties. 组织应基于服务报告中的发现做出决策和采取行动。应将约定的行动沟通到相关方。 NOTE The reports that are required are specified in the relevant clauses of this document. Additional reports can also be produced. 注，被要求的报告，在本文件的相关条款中有明确。也可以创建额外的报告。 |
