The organization shall operate the SMS ensuring co-ordination of the activities and the resources. The organization shall perform the activities required to deliver services. 组织应运行服务管理体系（SMS），以确保活动和资源的协调。组织应执行交付服务所需的活动。 NOTE A service portfolio is used to manage the entire lifecycle of all services including proposed services, those in development, live services defined in the service catalogue(s) and services that are to be removed. The management of the service portfolio ensures that the service provider has the right mix of services.
