7 Support of the service management system 支持服务管理体系（SMS）/7.3 Awareness 意识

Persons doing work under the organization’s control shall be aware of:
在组织控制下工作的人员应知晓：

a) the service management policy;
a) 服务管理方针；

b) the service management objectives;
b) 服务管理目标；

c) the services relevant to their work;
c) 与其工作相关的服务；

d) their contribution to the effectiveness of the SMS, including the benefits of improved performance;
d) 其对服务管理体系（SMS）有效性的贡献，包括改进绩效带来的益处；

e) the implications of not conforming with the SMS requirements.
e) 不符合服务管理体系（SMS）要求带来的影响。

【标准理解】

（1）7.3的要求可以整合到人力资源管理过程（7.2）。
